Do you keep my personal information ?
Yes, your personal information including name, email address, billing and delivery address when applicable is securely stored in our e-commerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. This information is available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Credit card information is not stored.
Do you sell or trade any of my information ?
Where do you deliver ?
Scentary UK deliver within The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including the Channel Islands, and in The Republic of Ireland. Additionally Scentary UK deliver to all EU countries.
We are unable to deliver Scentary UK products outside this territory.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

How can I track my order ?
1 hour delivery slots will be allocated to each delivery and if you provide a mobile phone number text notifications will be sent out upon dispatch.
Please Note: Delivery timescales are based on working days only. All orders placed will be dispatched within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched by Monday (expect for bank holidays).
We cannot be held liable for any delays caused by MyHermes whilst products are in transit.
